· The prices quoted above are to enable you to have a tailor made package that meets your requirements and not someone else’s. They are to enable you to roughly estimate what your move will cost and to enable you to budget for the services that are most important to you. We will keep you informed of the ongoing costs as we progress with the work requested so you can keep tabs on you what you are spending.
· Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements before proceeding to any payment options so we can confirm requirements and prices with you.
· For UK customers prices will be converted into £pounds sterling on the day of the agreement of services required.

· Other payment options are by bank transfer or cheque (allow at least 5 days for clearance and longer for overseas cheques).

Terms and Conditions of services
· The information pack will be a one off cost and the price will be agreed before the pack is sent out. The pack will be sent on receipt of your payment.
· The further services will require a minimum deposit of $200.00 prior to work being carried out and the final amount to be paid on completion of work done. All services that are required will be discussed with you and the price will be agreed before the work is undertaken Any other requirements which are not listed will be agreed and quoted for before work is done.
· All services requested will be put in an agreement and signed by both parties before commencement of work.
· The costs of childcare, estate agents, tradesmen, removal companies and other external services required by the client are the responsibility of the client and payment is to be made in advance.
· Move2nelson has the right to refuse further service to clients at any time if the terms & conditions are not adhered to.
· Payment of all services can be paid online through our secure PayPal system, by bank transfer or by cheque (allow 5 working days for clearance)
